DISCOVER THE TRIATHLON

These few tips should allow you to experience your 1st triathlon in good conditions and to cross the finish line with the desire to repeat the experience.  !

Prepare your race

To prepare for your race in the best conditions and not to forget anything on D-Day, here is a small essential checklist of the equipment to bring:

Swim

  • Bathing cap

  • Swimming goggles

  • Swimming suit according to water temperature

Bike

  • Trisuit or bike outfit

  • Pair of cycling shoes (or sneakers if using a single pair for biking and running)

  • Helmet

  • Sunglasses

Run

  • Trisuit or running outfit

  • Pair of running shoes

  • Cap

  • Sunglasses

  • Socks (over long distances)

The essential extras

  • Nutrition and hydration

  • GPS watch

  • Towel for the swim / bike transition

  • Race number belt with your race number

  • License or medical certificate
